Getting Started Module
New platforms can be daunting, and though we’ve done our best to make things simple, it helps to have a clear view of what needs to be done. You may have noticed that we recently inserted a new module for “Getting Started,” which contains all the key action items, including profile completion, adding team members, requesting ideas, and more.
Equally as daunting is the idea of trying to find the perfect writer in a community of 7,000+ members. To make that decision a little easier, we’ve added Writer Recommendations to the individual writer profile pages. These reviews may come from current nDash customers or from a writer’s previous clients. In either case, it should help you move forward confidently with a new writer as you build your content community.
Updated Content Feeds
Found a great news article that you’d like to include in a content piece? In our content feeds, you now have the ability to click a little button and automatically have that link added to a new assignment.
We’ve made it a lot easier to create content on a campaign level, as the Assignments tab now has a dedicated section for your broader marketing activities. Brands now have the ability to create a single assignment or a series of assignments as part of a larger campaign, which can be monitored and tracked.
Diamonds are forever, but content ideas are not. To give our writers more opportunities for paid assignments, we put a time limit on the exclusivity of direct content ideas. As of today, brands now have exclusive access to a content idea for 30 days. Then, the writer may send it to other brands.
We fixed a few bugs related to resetting passwords, mobile views, counter-offers, and file downloads.
