How do you match us with the right talent?
We combine a detailed intake process with our network of vetted freelancers to match you with talent based on your industry, disciplines needed, budget, and goals. Every match is reviewed by a member of our team, not an algorithm.
Can I work directly with the freelancers on my team?
Yes. We believe in fostering real client-freelancer relationships, not hiding them. On self-serve, you work with them directly. On a managed team, your project manager runs the day-to-day, but you’ll always know who’s on your team and you’re encouraged to work with them directly.
What if I'm not happy with someone on my team?
Tell us. We’ll either resolve the issue or replace the freelancer with someone better suited to your needs. This is one of the biggest advantages of working with nDash versus hiring freelancers on your own.
Can I switch from self-serve to a managed team?
Anytime. Plenty of clients start on their own and hand us more as they grow. Your talent, history, and workflows come with you.
Can I scale up or down as my needs change?
Yes. Most of our clients start with one or two disciplines and expand from there. You can also dial volume up during big initiatives and scale back during quieter periods. Your team adjusts with you.
